Starting weight- 195-198lbs
Were you truthful about your starting weight? As much as can be. I haven't fluctuated much from those weights in the last two YEARS.
Did you exercise today? No.
What did you do? I didn't unfortunately.
List what you ate today. A granola bar, and three pieces of pizza... yeah, perfect day to show what I eat :P
Did you have fruits and vegetables today? What? No and no.
Are you satisfied? Not really but we'll get to that in a minute
How do you feel? Pretty miserable
How did you sleep last night? I didn't sleep well at all.
Did you fall off the bandwagon? Probably.
Do you need encouragement? Yes... :(
Are you feeling depressed? Yes, and this has to do with all of the answers above. There is something going on in my life right now that I will not be discussing any time real soon (as in the next few weeks) if things go poorly. I haven't been able to even hardly MOVE today let alone watch what I eat and keep with this. But, all that aside, I want to thank @Tjlittlegirl for submitting today, and encourage her. ^_^ |
